For the base

  • 100 g dates
  • 50 g walnuts

For the cheesecake

  • 200 g soft cheese
  • 20 g honey
  • 30 g dates
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 7 g gelatin 4 leaves
  • 40 ml water

How to make the base

  • Grind together 100g of dates and the walnuts.
  • Place the mixture on the bottom of the silicone molds and tamp with a glass or a spoon.

How to make the cheesecake

  • Soak the gelatine in water according to instructions.
  • Mix together the soft cheese, honey, 30 g dates, and cocoa powder with a blender until smooth.
  • Transfer the swollen gelatine to a saucepan and dissolve over low heat. Add the curd mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the mass into molds on the prepared base.
  • Place the mini cakes in the refrigerator for a few hours, until completely set.
